My name is Lisa, and I have always enjoyed an active lifestyle, on the netball court, in the ocean, and in the gym.
I grew up in the southern suburbs of Adelaide and have a real passion for the Fleurieu Peninsula and the community we have here. My working life has revolved around public service, and in 2021, I decided to turn my passion for exercise into my business; Press Personal Training.
I am qualified in Cert 3 & 4 in fitness, Senior First Aid & CPR, have a National Police Clearance, and have completed certification to provide supports and training for NDIS plan clients.
I want to help people understand the importance of strength training for overall health, independence and longevity.
I like to think I'm pretty personable; and can make training as enjoyable as possible for my clients. (Whilst pushing you to achieve more and get out of your comfort zone!)
I am a mum; and understand the unique challenges that parents face trying to balance all of life's priorities. I hope to help as many people as possible to make exercise a normal part of life. I absolutely love seeing clients achieve progress, and celebrating their wins.
At Press PT, I take a holistic approach to health and fitness.
I believe fitness is not just about working out, but also about proper nutrition, stress management, and self-care.
My aim is to work with people and help them take control of their wellbeing, by teaching the correct form, addressing lifestyle factors, and giving people the confidence to achieve their goals in a sustainable fashion.

I offer 1:1 Personal Training, group fitness, corporate wellness training programs, and various supports under the NDIS.
I work with people from all walks of life; and strongly believe in tailoring training to suit the individual.
